A sweet chocolatey dip with a hint of ancho chili.
Mexican Hot Chocolate
- Ingredients: sugar, modified food starch, cocoa processed with alkali , dextrose, ancho chili, cayenne, cinnamon, natural & artificial flavors, salt, disodium phosphate and tetrasodium pyrophosphate, mono and diglycerides, hydrogenated soybean oil, non-fat milk, calcium sulfate, xanthan gum, artificial colors and BHA preservative.
Serving Instructions: Mix contents of package with 4 oz. softened cream cheese and 8 oz. of whipped topping.
Mix well. (works best with an electric mixer)
Chill in refrigerator for at least three hours.
Serve with graham crackers, pretzels, chocolate wafers or marshmallows.
Other serving suggestions:
• For a lighter dip and a mousse-like texture, use 16 oz. whipped topping and omit cream cheese.
• Prepare dip in a chocolate cookie crust. Decorate with whipped topping and sprinkle with chocolate shavings for
an easy dessert.
