If you would like to purchase our products by mail order instead of using a credit card or paypal, please print out the attached order form.  Make your selections on the form and add your total $ at the bottom.  Be sure to include your shipping address and phone number.  Send completed form with a check or money order made out to “Serendipity Dip Mixes” to the address below.
